ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

TO PLACE ORDERS:

By Phone: Please call 1-877-654-0101 to place an order by phone. Hours of operation are 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. (Eastern Time).


Via Our Website: You may place orders via our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to place an order that will be shipped outside the continental US, please contact us so we can work out the shipping logistics.


Please note while we do not accept orders via e-mail, you may contact us via e-mail at kybtshop@upperrm.com to let us know you wish to place an order. One of our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to call you back and assist you in placing your order.


Orders placed by 3P.M. each business day will ship by the next business day or sooner. Some items may be backordered or cancelled if stock is depleted. You will be made aware of any backorder or cancellation.


OUR RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality merchandise. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our website, simply e-mail us at the address below and we will make arrangements to have the item(s) picked up from your location.


Items returned must be:
1. In a brand new state and unused
2. Sent back within 90 days of the purchase date
3. Only purchased from our e-commerce store


Please note: the following information should be included in any e-mail message to the online store.


1. Your name, address, and phone number
2. Date of purchase
3. Item you are wanting to return/exchange
Indication if the item is to be exchanged or refunded
5. Transaction number from your sales receipt

UPS 2nd DAY AIR

Customers may choose to expedite their shipping method by selecting UPS Second Day Air. The standard shipping rates (listed above) do not apply in this case. This shipping method does not apply to personalized or custom items. In the case of expedited requests, we will do everything possible to ship your order the same day it is placed.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

PLEASE NOTE: A shipping and handling charge will be added to each domestic order based upon the total amount of your purchase. In some cases, depending upon the item, an oversize fee may occur and will be added to the charges. You will be notified of the charge prior to shipping your order. Depending on the SHIP TO location, a fee for rural areas may be applied. The standard fee for rural charges is $2.75(US) per box. In this case the fee will be added to the S/H charges below.


NOTE: In regard to expedited shipping, shipping to HI, AK, or countries outside the continental US, additional fees may apply and will be communicated to the customer prior to processing the order. Please see below for specific options.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders that are to be shipped outside the US will be handled through our Customer Service Department. Please call or e-mail us to discuss your order and shipping options. We can be reached at 859-294-4705. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges and all applicable taxes and duties required by the country of delivery. A minimum handling fee of $15.95 will apply to each order for customs documents. In some cases, the handling fee will be higher; in this case we will contact you before processing your order.

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY, IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF OUR POLICIES, KINDLY REFRAIN FROM PURCHASING YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH TERMS LISTED ABOVE. WHILE OUR AIM IS ALWAYS SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, UPPER RIGHT MARKETING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE ALL FINAL DECISIONS IN REGARD TO ANY DISPUTE. Orders shipping to Canada:

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.


Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.


Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
